Each event organizer has their own staff and volunteers to answer specific questions about their event. Guests that need accommodations such as large print materials, Braille, sign language/oral interpreters or other special needs during an event, should contact the event organizer. Our design includes accessible parking and entrances, wheelchair ramps, multiple elevators, automatic doors and accessible restroom facilities. The Gathering Assistance Areas have a sign marking their location on each level of the Phoenix Convention Center. Passenger elevators are located throughout the convention center campus. If accessibility is required for a modified wheelchair or other assisted mobile devices please contact the convention center to discuss special accommodations prior to your arrival date.<img alt="" src="/PublishingImages/456x304%20Service%20Animal.png" style="BORDER:0px solid;" />Service AnimalsWe encourage guests with service animals to contact facility management, in advance of the event, in order to appropriately accommodate your needs. Only service animals, as stipulated by the Department of Justice, Americans with Disabilities Act, will be authorized within our facilities.
