Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the DOWNTOWN, ECONOMY AND AVIATION SUBCOMMITTEE and to the general public, that the DOWNTOWN, ECONOMY AND AVIATION SUBCOMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. located in the City Council Subcommittee Room, 12th floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
