CITIZENS GOLF ADVISoRY COUNCILPursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the CITIZENS GOLF ADVISoRY COUNCIL and to the general public, that the CITIZENS GOLF ADVISoRY COUNCIL will hold a meeting open to the public on November 19, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. located at Sports & Turf Conference Room, 3333 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.

CALL TO THE PUBLIC - The Citizens Golf Advisory Council will receive items of consideration, discussion, and/or complaint. Those wishing to address the Citizens Golf Advisory Council need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of Public Comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and/or decision at a later date.
ADVISORY MEMBER COMMENT/REQUESTS - The Chairperson will entertain Citizens Golf Advisory Council member comments or requests without formal Advisory Council discussion.
ADVISORY CHAIR'S REPORT - The Chair will verbally present comments or requests to the Citizens Golf Advisory Council without formal Advisory Council discussion.
