Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the GREATER PHOENIX ECONOMIC COUNCIL BOARD OF DIRECTORS and to the general public, that the Executive committee held a meeting open to the public on November 20, 2008, at 7:30 a.m. located in Suite 2500, Renaissance One Building, 2 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
