Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the SOUTH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE Planning committee and to the general public, that the SOUTH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE DEVELOPMENT SUBCOMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on November 24, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. located in Room 169, Travis L. Williams Family Services Center, 4732 S. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

Z-82-08-8 and Z-SP-21-08-8: Discussion on a rezoning request from C-O (pending C-2) BAOD (4.27 acres), C-2 (1.02 acres) to C-2 BAOD (3.34 acres) for general retail, self storage facility and underlying uses. The property is located west of the northwest corner of 16th Street and Baseline Road. The village committee will consider this request at the December 9, 2008 meeting. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for January 14, 2009.
