The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is pleased to provide you with assistance regarding your water or sewer service and providing information regarding our many programs and ongoing projects.

Please click on a topic area below to contact us regarding that topic. However, if you require immediate assistance in regards to customer services related issues, please call 602-262-6251 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

For water or sewer related emergencies, such as a broken water main, fire hydrant, water service line (between a water meter and the street), sewer backups (possibly caused by city infrastructure), or if you see water gushing from the middle of a street, please call our 24/7 hotline, 602-261-8000.
