MARYVALE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the MARYVALE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the MARYVALE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. located in the new Community Room, at the Desert Sky Mall, 7611 West Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona. (The new Community Room is located in the mall through the southwest entrance between Burlington Coat Factory and Cinema Latino. The room is near the children’s coin-operated rides.)
Note:
1. Agenda items may be taken out of order.
2. Anyone wishing to address an agenda item must complete a speaker card.
3. Due to the time required for the number of items, the following time limits are recommended so the Committee may give all the cases on the agenda the same level of attention:
· Staff Report and Recommendation
· Applicant: 15 minutes
· Other Interested Parties: 15 minutes
· Applicant Response: 5 minutes
· Staff Comments
· Floor Closed: Committee motion, discussion and vote

· The next Maryvale VPC meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, 2010.
