CITY OF PHOENIX
CITY COUNCIL FORMAL MEETING
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL and to the general public, that the PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL will hold a Formal Meeting open to the public on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. located in the City Council Chambers, 200 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona.
One or more Council Members may participate via teleconference.
A printed copy of the agenda will be available the Friday before the meeting at the City Clerk’s Office on the fifteenth floor of the Phoenix City Hall, located at 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
An electronic copy of the City Council Formal Meeting agenda will be available under Public Meeting Notices/Agendas on PHOENIX.GOV the Friday before the meeting. The website address is listed below:

If there are any Proposed Add-ons, a printed copy of will be available in the City Clerk’s Office at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. These Proposed Add-Ons may also be viewed under Public Meeting Notices and Agendas by clicking on Council Formal Agenda Add-ons for that date. Proposed Add-ons will be available under that menu the morning of the meeting.
A hearing impaired system is installed in the Council Chambers to assist individuals with hearing loss. Headset units for this system are available at the front table in the Council Chambers.
