NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

CAMELBACK EAST VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the CAMELBACK EAST VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the CAMELBACK EAST VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 5:30 p.m., located at the Devonshire Senior Center, 2802 E. Devonshire (one block north of Indian School Road), Phoenix, AZ

 

Note:

·       Agenda items may be taken out of order.

·       Any individual wishing to address an agenda item must complete a Speaker Card, mark the appropriate boxes, and submit the Card to the Chairman.

·       Presentation order (staff report and recommendation; applicant presentation; questions from committee; community comments; applicant response; floor closed for committee discussion, possible motion, and vote).

·       Comments may be limited due to time constraints and to ensure all viewpoints are heard.

PHO-1-08 - Z-14-08-4:  Discussion and possible action regarding a request to modify a stipulation of approval regarding general conformance to a site plan for the property zoned R-4A located at the northwest corner of 15th Street and Highland Avenue (6.9 acres) and proposed for multi-family residential.

The Planning Hearing Officer will consider this request on December 17, 2008.

PHO-1-08 - Z-135-07-4:  Discussion and possible action regarding a request to modify a stipulation of approval regarding landscaping for the property zoned C-2 HT/DNS waiver, located at the northwest corner of 16th Street and Campbell Avenue (5.06 acres) and proposed for multi-family residential.

The Planning Hearing Officer will consider this request on December 17, 2008.

 

 

10.

Discussion and possible action regarding committee recommendations for the function of Village Planning Committees in response to the reductions in the city’s budget.

·       Camelback Core Water Project Open House (February)

·       Update re: Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Automated Train/People Mover and its connection to 44th Street and Washington Street

·       Arizona Canal/Sun Circle Trail wayfinding and enhancements

·       Status of pending/stalled development in Camelback East Village
