NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CAMELBACK EAST VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to
A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the CAMELBACK EAST VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
and to the general public, that the CAMELBACK
EAST VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the
public on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 5:30
p.m., located at the Devonshire Senior Center, 2802 E. Devonshire (one
block north of Indian School Road), Phoenix, AZ

The Planning Hearing Officer will consider this request on December
17, 2008.

request to modify a stipulation of approval regarding landscaping for the
property zoned C-2 HT/DNS waiver, located at the northwest corner of 16th Street and Campbell Avenue (5.06 acres) and

The Planning Hearing Officer will consider this request on
December 17, 2008.
