NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CITY OF PHOENIX EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT BOARD
DISABILITY ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the CITY OF PHOENIX EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT BOARD, DISABILITY ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the DISABILITY ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on January 8, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. located in Suite 600, 6^th Floor, Barrister Place Building, 101 South Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. One or more Committee members may participate via teleconference. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
