DISABILITY ASSESSMENT COMMITTEEPursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the CITY OF PHOENIX EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT BOARD, DISABILITY ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the DISABILITY ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on January 8, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. located in Suite 600, 6th Floor, Barrister Place Building, 101 South Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. One or more Committee members may participate via teleconference. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

The Committee will vote on action to take on these items in open session.
