NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on Monday, November 24, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. located at the PECOS PARK COMMUNITY CENTER, MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 17010 SOUTH 48TH STREET, PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.       Agenda items may be taken out of order.

2.       Anyone wishing to address an agenda item must complete a Speaker Card.

3.       Disclosure of Conflict of Interest.

4.       Due to the time required for the number of items, the following time limits are recommended so that the Committee may give all the cases on the agenda the same level of attention:

·             Other Interested Parties:  15 minutes

Discussion and possible action on recommending to the City Council that a citywide committee should be formed to oversee the distribution of programs based on the approval of the 2006 parks and recreation bond program by the voters.

Election of new village planning committee officers for 2009.

Update and discussion on the status of the Loop 202/South Mountain Freeway.
