Zoning Ordinance

The City of Phoenix has contracted with Municipal Code Corporation (MCC) to maintain and sell the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance. Through MCC, you may view or purchase the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance as shown below:

Option 2 - Purchasing

The zoning ordinance may be purchased through the internet, written request, phone, or fax. The purchase cost is $136.24, which includes the ordinance and binder. An annual supplement can also be purchased for $110.24 per year. This ordinance will be delivered to you in approximately 6-10 days* upon verification of payment by MCC.
