Zoning Maps

These are static maps, if you are looking for interactive GIS maps visit Phoenix Maps Online.

To view zoning, click Zoning Maps . You can then click on the individual zoning tile to open a detailed zoning map. The map presents the official city of Phoenix Zoning Map as adopted by the Phoenix City Council. Approved but not yet adopted zoning is also shown in heavy dashed lines with the respective zoning district and zoning case number printed in green. Each zoning map already displays Zoning Overlay Districts which modify the underlying zoning. For a map showing only Zoning Overlay Districts, click Zoning Overlays and Regulatory Plans .
