Youth Career Services
It's hard to find work when you don't have any work experience. It's even harder if you don't have family connections, you need more education, you're a young parent or if you have difficulty speaking a second language.
The Phoenix Workforce Connection's (PWC) Youth Development Connection provides programs and services to low-income teens and young adults, ages 14 to 21. These services include:

PWC Youth Service Providers
When you make an appointment through the One Stop Career Center, we will assess your needs and refer you to one or more of the local youth service providers that are contracted by the Phoenix Workforce Connection:
Additional Assistance
Depending on your needs, we may also refer you to other programs that have unique participation and eligibility requirements. These programs include:
