The PACE program offers casework/counseling services to assist city of Phoenix residents with services designed to promote independent living.Last Modified on 07/05/2007 10:29:50Caseworkers maintain office hours at all 17 senior centers. Staff provides comprehensive assessments and links clients with community resources.

How to Apply
Senior Centers
- Contact PACE Intake at 602-262-6631 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
- Clients provide basic information to Intake in order to assess level of client need
