Criminal Convictions


The Phoenix City Prosecutor's Office and the Phoenix Police Department have teamed up to create this group of shows, which will give viewers some insight as to how the municipal justice system works.

In this final show about the consequences of driving under the influence of alcohol, Bianca Bentzin and Amy Bain, Assistant City Attorneys, review victims' rights, including rights to restitution. They also speak with individuals whose lives have been significantly impacted by the deadly decision to drink and drive.
